How i want to be six years from now...

Julius Dexter G. Rosito

How i want to be six years from now...

Hmm..For me, six years from now i want to be a professional chef, not only a professional chef, but i want to be the most famous chef in the whole world. If God's well, i will do all my best to be the most famous of all chef in the world. And if i will fail to be the most famous chef in the world, i will not stop believing and i will strive to reach my goal's in life. Not just to be the most famous chef in the world but also to stand with my own feet.

How to develop my difficulties in English?

Julius Dexter G. Rosito

How to develop my difficulties in English?

To develop my difficulties in English, i will study and read more books. Because reading is the best way to practice our grammar speaking. And someday, if i master my English grammar, i will rate it 90%. And with the help of our almighty God, i can develop my difficulties in English.

For you what is the easy part of English?

Julius Dexter G. Rosito

For you what is the easy part of English?

For me, I'd rather choose the spelling as the easy part of English. Because in my elementary days, i practice my spelling and also in my high school days. And for me, if i will rate my spelling, i will be 83% in 100%. But when it comes to the scientific spelling, for me i will rate 70%.

For you what is the difficult prat of English?

Julius Dexter G. Rosito

For you what is the difficult prat of English?

For me, the difficult part of English is the grammar, because i'm not sure if my grammar is correct.
And i did not practice very will my grammar. When i was in the elementary and high school days, i was so low learner. And if i will rate my English grammar, it will be 70% in 100%.

Julius Dexter G. Rosito

This are the words that are new for me.

1. Rotisseur - A rotisseur is responsible for the preparation of roasted meats, braised meats, broiled meats and accompanying gravies. In a large kitchen these tasks may be assigned to a grillardin (pronounced gree-ar-dan) who would take responsibility for broiled foods, and possibly deep-fried meat and fish.

2. Saucier – Prepares sauces, warm hors d’oeuvres, completes meat dishes and in smaller restaurants may work on fish dishes and prepares sautéed items. This is one of the most respected positions in the kitchen brigade.

3. Friturier - (Fry cook) – In larger kitchens this person prepares fried foods instead of the rôtisseur.

4. Poissonnier - (Fish cook) - Prepares fish and seafood dishes.

5. Legumier - (Vegetable cook) – In larger kitchen this person also reports to the entremetier and prepares the vegetable dishes.

Paring Knife - Different Kinds of Knife

The kitchen paring knife is quite small in size, typically about 6 to 10 cm long (or a length of between 2 ½ and 4 inches). Designed with a plain edge, a paring knife is intended to be all-purpose, just like chef's knife but smaller in size. A paring knife can be an extension of the hand because of its size and lightness.

The so-called ‘French' paring knives are 2 types of paring knife: one with slightly rounded cutting end, and the other one a sharp angled end. These knives are used for paring leathers.

The paring knife with the cutting edge on an angle has the point squared off -- to prevent slitting the Bookbinding Paring Knivesleather. It is also quicker than the paring knife with the rounded edge in taking down thickness of leather.

Bird's Beak Parer

- used to trim small and spherical-shaped vegetables;

Spear Point Parer
- with an edge similar to chef's knife, which can be used for light chopping;

Miniature Boning Knife - has an S-shape and used to bone the meat of small birds;

Sheep's Foot Parer - resembles an animal's hoof and mainly used for peeling and paring; and,

Clip Point Parer - has a cutting edge that curves gently upwards and normally used for cleaning unwanted parts of fruits and vegetables. Note: This paring knife is better as stamped than forged.
